John Dale
Managing Director
John Dale worked inside Local Government for numerous Authorities for 10 years prior to forming JMD Investments & Estates Ltd. He worked within planning, property, economic development and project management teams during his time in service.John’s final position in service was as the Head of Economic Development for the largest district authority in the country, as one of the youngest senior civil servants within local government in the UK. During his time he oversaw the delivery of the Council’s non residential capital programme of circa £25m and also the management of the £27m commercial property portfolio.
John’s specialisms include property management, project delivery and general property based consultancy.
John believes in client care and a hands on approach.
Outside of work John is a committed family man with two young children, who take up most of his time. When a spare moment arises he likes to spend it watching rugby or running/visiting the gym.
Nigel Dale
Consultant
Nigel is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Registered Valuer, who has held a range of senior positions in local and regional, multi-discipline, chartered surveyors.His specialisms are valuation and development and he has acted for a variety of major, as well as, local clients. Valuations have been provided for High Street banks and major financial institutions across the country, and he has been retained in the role of employers agent for a number of residential developments across the Midlands, from Milton Keynes to Lincolnshire.
Nigel’s current role is the appraisal and sale of commercial and residential investment properties throughout mainland UK. These have ranged from a £50,000 flat in the North East to a former mill in Manchester at a sale price of £3.20m. He also leads on the acquisition of industrial estates which include several in the Midlands and one in the North East.
He prides himself in old-school values and close client care.
Previously he has been chairman of the local Chamber of Commerce and has acted for Rugby Borough Council.
When not at work he enjoys watching rugby, (far too old to play now), music and being part of a growing family.
